The use of Bach Flower Essences and Essential Oils encourages emotional and/or spiritual issues, which may not be obvious, to surface for clarity and transformation. “Mindfulness” is taught as a technique to help one live in the moment; learning from the past and planning for the future, without attachment to the outcome ~ ultimately learning to live each moment more joyfully. By understanding the creative power of our thoughts, “self-talk”, and actions and how these affect outcome, one becomes better able to respond to messages of physical and emotional “dis-ease”.
