By identifying the true (metaphysical) causes of why we become sick - emotionally and physically, we can recognize mechanisms by which we can heal ourselves.

The use of Bach Flower Essences encourages emotional/spiritual issues, which may not be obvious, to surface for clarity and transformation. "Mindfulness" is taught as a technique to help one live in the moment; learning from the past and planning for the future, without attachment to the outcome - ultimately learning to live each moment more joyfully.

By understanding the creative power of our thoughts, "self-talk", and actions and how these affect outcome, one becomes better able to respond to messages of physical and emotional "dis-ease". Appropriate action may then be taken toward healing and fulfilling a sense of life purpose.

Techniques and tools such as meditation, self-hypnosis, past life regression therapy, guided imagery, releasing, and prayer can assist the client to tap into the wisdom within. This brings about clarity of thought thereby cultivating Peace of Mind.
